MOHMAYAA Originals is an Indian luxury cultural design studio creating limited-edition artwear, objects, and artifacts rooted in Indian heritage and modern rebellion.

We operate as a Partnership Firm registered in India.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO USE

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or accessing under parental/legal guardian supervision

  • You are legally capable of entering binding contracts under Indian law

3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

  • All MOHMAYAA products are limited-edition, small-batch, or made-to-order

  • Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and handcrafted processes

  • Minor variations are features of craftsmanship, not defects

Art is not mass-produced. Neither are we.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices may change without prior notice

  • Applicable GST and taxes will be added at checkout

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways

MOHMAYAA does not store your card or payment information.

5. ORDERS & CONFIRMATION

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

    • Stock limitations

    • Pricing or listing errors

    • Suspected fraud or misuse

If your order is cancelled after payment, a refund or store credit will be issued as per our Returns Policy.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays due to logistics partners, force majeure, or customs are beyond our control

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our Returns & Store Credit Policy.

Key principles:

  • Certain items (custom, limited drops, accessories) may be non-returnable

  • Approved returns may be issued as store credit instead of cash refunds

  • Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable

We do fairness. Not fast fashion loopholes.
