Because MOHMAYAA operates on limited drops, we follow a fair buy-back and exchange system instead of traditional open returns.
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free from stains or damage
• With original tags and packaging intact
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Inspection decisions are final.
7.1 If We Made a Mistake

• Incorrect item sent
• Manufacturing defect
• Verified damage during transit
Resolution options may include:
• Replacement (if stock is available)
• Store credit equal to the amount paid if replacement is not possible
Reverse shipping in these cases is covered by MOHMAYAA.
7.2 Size or Style Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If your requested size or style is available:
• Exchange will be processed
• A logistics fee between ₹250 – ₹350 may apply
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, the order may move to the Buy-Back Store Credit process.
7.3 Buy-Back Store Credit
For reasons such as:
• Change of mind
• Fit preference
• Style choice
We offer a buy-back store credit option instead of cash refunds.
How it works:
• The item is returned to us
• The item is inspected
• Store credit is issued after deducting logistics and handling costs
Typical deductions may include:
• Reverse shipping
• Quality inspection and repackaging
• Forward shipping on your next order
Store credit:
• Is linked to your MOHMAYAA account
• Can be used on future drops
• Is valid for 12 months
Cash refunds are not provided for discretionary returns.
8. Rejected Returns
Returns may be rejected if items:
• Show signs of wear
• Have missing tags
• Are damaged after delivery
Rejected items may be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Unclaimed rejected items after 14 days may be responsibly disposed.
9. Intellectual Property
