Read this once. It’s simple.

MOHMAYAA operates on extremely limited drops. Most styles are produced in quantities as low as 1 piece. Because of this, traditional “no-questions-asked” returns don’t make sense—for you or for us.

Instead, we follow a fair, transparent buy-back and exchange system designed to protect our customers and the integrity of our drops.

Eligibility Window

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed
- Free from odor, stains, or damage
- With original tags and packaging intact

All items are inspected upon return. Inspection decisions are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Getting started is simple. All returns must be initiated within [7] days of receiving your order.

Enter Your Details: You'll need your Order ID and the email address you used to place the order.
Choose Your Reason: Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the most accurate reason from the dropdown menu.
Complete the Quick Video Confirmation: To ensure your return is processed smoothly and to protect your item against any potential damage during transit, our portal will guide you through a quick 15-second video check to confirm the product's condition before you pack it. This simple step protects both you and us, ensuring a fair process for everyone.

Once submitted, our system will guide you through the next steps based on your reason for the return.

Our Fair & Flexible Return Policy

We've created two clear paths for returns to ensure we handle every situation with care and fairness.

1. IF WE MADE A MISTAKE

This includes:

Incorrect item sent
Manufacturing defect
Damage during transit (validated)

What happens:

Replacement, if stock is available
If replacement is not possible → store credit equal to the amount paid

Reverse shipping in these cases is on us.

No bonus credits. No inflated values. Just fair correction.

Resolution methods may vary depending on the nature of the issue and applicable standards.

2. IF YOU WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE OR STYLE

(Subject to stock availability)

Because our inventory is limited, exchanges are not guaranteed.

If your requested size/style is available:
- Exchange is processed
- A logistics fee of ₹250–₹350 applies
If exchange is not available:
- Your order will move to our Buy-Back Store Credit process (explained below)

3. BUY-BACK STORE CREDIT

(For change of mind, fit preference, or style choice)

We offer a buy-back option instead of refunds.

How it works:

You return the item to us
After inspection, we issue store credit
A logistics & handling cost is deducted to cover:
- Reverse shipping
- Quality inspection & repackaging
- Forward shipping on your next order

Example:

Product price: ₹8,999
Estimated logistics & handling: ₹600–₹800
Store credit issued: ₹8,100–₹8,300

This credit:

Is linked to your MOHMAYAA account

Can be used on any future drop

Is valid for 12 months

No cash refunds for discretionary returns.

IMPORTANT NOTES (READ THIS)

Discounted or promotional items are exchange or buy-back only
Items showing signs of wear (even with tags) will be rejected
Rejected items can be shipped back at customer’s expense
Unclaimed rejected items after 14 days may be responsibly disposed of

MOHMAYAA reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive or abnormal return behavior.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

For orders shipped to the EU, customers may cancel within 14 days as per law. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
